If I am not in-network with your specific plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits, particularly with PPO policies. Many plans reimburse a portion of session fees once deductibles are met. Upon request, I can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) for you to submit directly to your insurer.

Coverage, reimbursement rates, and benefit determinations are made by your insurance company and are not determined by the provider.

For services not billed to insurance, the standard session fee is $200 per session. Any applicable self-pay discounts are limited, time-defined, and reviewed during the consultation process.
